Bivocational Pastor
Role: Serves as the church’s spiritual leader while maintaining additional income sources. Time dedicated to ministry depends on the pastor’s other vocation, but the pastor serves fully at the church’s discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Proclaim the gospel and teach the Bible.

Lead worship, deliver sermons, and oversee ordinances (Baptism, Lord’s Supper).

Provide pastoral care, counseling, and visitation (members, prospects, sick, weddings, funerals).

Administer church operations, staff, committees, and budgets.

Guide congregational growth, discipleship, and spiritual development.

Lead evangelism, community outreach, missions, and witnessing programs.

Cooperate with denominational and civic leadership.

Ensure doctrinal consistency and biblical integrity in all church matters.
