Church Business Administrator / Executive Pastor

Position Summary:
Oversees the church’s business and administrative operations, providing leadership to support staff and ensuring effective financial management, facility oversight, and organizational support for ministry programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Pastor in overall church operations

  • Oversee financial systems, bookkeeping, reporting, and budget coordination

  • Supervise office staff and weekday administrative functions

  • Provide guidance on legal, insurance, and risk management matters

  • Maintain personnel records and administer salary plans

  • Direct facility maintenance, property management, and equipment inventory

  • Administer church policies related to property and facility use

  • Serve on Church Council and support committee work

  • Oversee food service operations and related staff

  • Act as purchasing agent and oversee church expenditures

  • Perform additional duties as assigned
