Church Business Administrator / Executive Pastor
Position Summary:
Oversees the church’s business and administrative operations, providing leadership to support staff and ensuring effective financial management, facility oversight, and organizational support for ministry programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Pastor in overall church operations

Oversee financial systems, bookkeeping, reporting, and budget coordination

Supervise office staff and weekday administrative functions

Provide guidance on legal, insurance, and risk management matters

Maintain personnel records and administer salary plans

Direct facility maintenance, property management, and equipment inventory

Administer church policies related to property and facility use

Serve on Church Council and support committee work

Oversee food service operations and related staff

Act as purchasing agent and oversee church expenditures

Perform additional duties as assigned
