Church Clerk

Position Summary:
Maintains accurate and complete records of church business, ensuring official documentation of meetings, membership, and historical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and preserve minutes of church business meetings, accurately documenting motions and official actions

  • Maintain membership records and official church documents

  • Process membership transfers with other churches

  • Preserve records for church history, including major events and leadership changes

  • Prepare and submit the Annual Church Profile (as assigned)
