Custodian
Position Summary:
Maintains church buildings and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition; performs minor repairs and supports facility setup for services and events.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain floors, carpets, walls, windows, furniture, and restrooms

Monitor and restock cleaning supplies

Operate and maintain heating and cooling systems

Open and close facilities as scheduled

Maintain church grounds, entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas

Prepare and clean baptistery as needed

Set up and break down rooms for services, classes, weddings, funerals, and special events

Assist and coordinate with volunteers when available

Perform additional duties as assigned
