Church Media Director

Role Summary:
Provides leadership and oversight for church video production and media, ensuring high-quality, mission-aligned content that supports worship services and ministries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, film, and produce weekly video content

• Manage video projects from concept to final delivery

• Capture and share stories of life change within the church

• Oversee pre-production processes (concepting, scripting, scheduling, budgeting)

• Recruit, train, and lead media volunteers

• Collaborate in creative planning for services and special events

• Set and guide the overall vision and philosophy for church media
