Minister of Education

Role: Provides staff leadership for the church’s education and discipleship programs under the pastor.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, conduct, and evaluate comprehensive Christian education and discipleship programs.
Serve as a resource and advisor to program leaders and committees.
Recruit, train, and support qualified leaders with the Nominating Committee.
Coordinate educational communications (website, publications, news releases).
Guide curriculum selection suitable for the congregation.
Assist pastor in planning and evaluating services.
Serve on Church Council and participate in denominational educational programs.
Prepare and administer education budget; supervise staff as assigned.
Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Pastor.
