Youth/Student Minister – Position Summary (Condensed)
The Youth/Student Minister is responsible to the Minister of Education or Pastor for developing, coordinating, and evaluating a comprehensive youth education ministry. This role collaborates with church staff and ministry leaders to ensure effective youth involvement across all church programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with church leaders to plan, implement, and assess youth ministry programs and enlist volunteers.

Provide guidance on the use of curriculum, materials, facilities, and resources for youth activities.

Plan and support special events such as camps, retreats, and ministry projects.

Lead and coordinate youth outreach efforts, including visitation and follow-up with prospects and absentees.

Develop and cast vision for the youth ministry, propose and manage the approved budget.

Serve on the Church Council as the youth ministry representative.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
