Part-Time Youth Director / Volunteer
Role: Plans and leads church-centered youth ministry under the pastor and Youth Committee.
Qualifications:

Born-again Christian, at least 21 years old, spiritually mature.

Knowledgeable in Baptist doctrine and exemplary in Christian conduct.

Skilled and personable in working with youth; committed to discipleship and moral guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate programs that foster spiritual, social, and personal growth (Bible study, worship, retreats, missions, recreation, camps, fellowships).

Lead youth to a personal faith in Jesus Christ and nurture spiritual development.

Plan and conduct special events (Youth Week/Sunday, banquets, VBS, retreats).

Attend staff and church council meetings to coordinate activities.

Engage youth through personal contact (calls, visits, social media).

Maintain planning time for goal-setting and program development.

Prepare and manage the Youth Ministry budget.

Submit monthly activity summaries to pastor and Youth Committee.
