Interim Pastor Agreement
Purpose:
The Interim Pastor provides pastoral leadership, supports church boards/committees, guides the congregation during the pastoral transition, and encourages active ministry and community outreach.
Responsibilities:

Serve as ex-officio on boards and committees

Lead worship services, including Communion and Baptism

Provide pastoral care, counseling, and visitation of sick/shut-in members

Officiate weddings and funerals

Guide church committees and staff for unified operations

Assist in congregational communication (bulletins, newsletters, correspondence)

Support membership growth and engagement
Work Commitment:
